PCB plate is fixed on the flexible work platform for easy to print single-side and double-sides PCB boards. The adjustments of the PCB plate position and the movement of the work platform are driven by the linear square guide-tracks, cooperated together with a double-frequency motor to ensure exact moving and high accuracy. Newly launched high precision semi-automatic SMT solder paste printing machine T1300V is for mass production.

The adjustments of the PCB plate position and the movement of the work platform are driven by the linear square guide-tracks, cooperated together with a double-frequency motor to ensure exact moving and high accuracy. Features:
1. Four-point steel mesh location makes printing repeated accuracy higher;
2. Four feed screw can lift and fall synchronously so that the distance between PCB and steel mesh can be adjusted more exactly and the balance between front and back is higher;
3. Moveable steel mesh frame. It meets different size of steel mesh;
4. Floating scraper, it can balance the right and left pressure automatically to increase the service life of scraper and steel mesh and to advance the reliability of printing;
5. Flexible magnetic absorption thimble for printing double-size of PCB;
6. Platform height ( distance of PCB and steel mesh) and angle is easy to adjust and observe directly.
7. X-axis, Y-axis on platform is adjusted by stop motor, comparing with software set to adjust different step distance for high precision micro-adjust require.
8. The distance between PCB and steel mesh can be adjusted accurately. The hand wheel adjustment is set in the left front of machine so that the machine can be adjusted easily;
9. PCB moving location platform. The contra-position operation can be finished out of the machine easily;
10. PCB location platform can lift and fall at four-point synchronously. PCB can connect with steel mesh tight.
11. The scraper working is driven with lift and right synchronously. It makes the process of scraping printing smoother.
12. Stainless steel scraper;
13. Optional moveable vacuum inspiration disk. It is suitable for the printing of FPC;
14. Large and color PLC touch screen. It is convenient to operate and demonstrate.
15. PLC touch screen control: Man-machine conversation interface adopts large and color touch screen. It makesthe interface visible and the operation easy.
16. Use thimble to locate and support PCB. It is convenient to print double-size of PCB.
17. PCB location platform adopts step-by-step motor drive. It is set image contraposition system so that the contraposition of PCB can be achieved easily.
