Introduction

T1200D is the first printing machine with digital Display-Module for the pressure inland. With the help of the creative design "adjusting system of the scraper pressure with digital display", the pressure of the scraper can be easily adjusted to make the control of printing visible.

T12000D is the most reasonable semiautomatic SMT printing machine with high accuracy. It is specially suitable for high-accuracy batch production or making templet. The PCB Plate is fixed on a work platform which is flexible. The work platform is the same with single and double sides' circuit board. The adjustments of the PCB plate and the movement of the work platform are driven by the linear square guide-tracks, cooperated together with a double-frequency motor. Therefore exact motion and high accuracy of repetitions can be ensured. It is now the optimal choice to take the place of full automatic printing machine and decrease the cost of the production maximally.

1. T1200D provides an English and Chinese touch key-press (imported) which is simple to be operated. Automatic display for the failure, guide for eliminating the failure, convenient man-machine conversation.

Automatic number representation function, convenient for counting parameters. A breakthrough of printing: because the red pastern and tin paste have different specialties. The machine has a special function "automatically parameters setting". It meets different kinds of products and achieves a perfect printing effect.

T1200 has a retractable arm base. The Arm of the machine can be right and left adjusted. Suitable for printing the PCB plate from 470mm to 650mm.

The printing scraper can be fixed upwards, rotating 45 degrees so that it is convenient for cleaning and replacing the scraper.

Single or double sides' work platform. Model plate, comb fundus and thimble under the PCB (fix the thimble of the comb fundus according to the size of the substrate).

The Adjustment of the silk screen adopts the movement of the silk screen, together with the adjustment of the X, Y, Z,θ axes of the PCB.
