Introduction:

Automatic online high-speed visual dispensing machine is a general-purpose electronic production equipment. It has the advantages of compact structure, convenient operation, stable performance, economy and practicality. It is an electromechanical product integrating motion control technology and dispensing control technology. It has been widely used in electronic component manufacturing, circuit board assembly, electrical product production, integrated circuit packaging, precision machinery, biomedicine, light industry, packaging, food and other industries.

Structure:

The structure and overall dimensions of the automatic online vision four axis high-speed dispensing machine are shown in the figure above. It is composed of y-axis, x-axis, Z-axis and transmission system. The whole machine is also equipped with industrial computer and software as standard for the control of the whole machine. The motion control and dispensing control are completed through the computer, which is convenient for users to operate.

● The machine is equipped with safety protection shell and waste gas filtering function, which makes it safer and more environmentally friendly to use.

● The machine is equipped with the function of automatic visual calibration after replacing the dispensing head. After replacing the dispensing head, it can dispense automatically without modifying the program. (the first furniture in China is equipped with this function).
